The registration fee is $0. All attendees are required to register before the due date (October 7, 2019).
The conference online registration is now Closed. If you missed the online registration, you are welcome to attend the plenary, technical sessions and career development programs during the conference after a brief on-site registration, but complimentary meals may not be available to you.
Lodging
For lodging options, you can explore a variety of hotels which are within walking distance to the Northwestern Campus (https://www.cityofevanston.org/about-evanston/lodging). Invited speakers will be provided with guest housing, and FOCUS Student Travel Award recipients will be provided with a shared standard hotel room (2-person) on Saturday night.
Dining
Saturday noon includes a social time with complimentary lunchboxes, and the evening will be featured with a complimentary reception for all registered attendees. For other dining options, the Norris University Center (https://www.northwestern.edu/norris/about-us/hours/index.html) provides on-campus bites and Starbucks access during the weekends. There are also many local restaurants near the campus and around the Evanston downtown area.
